The following appeal and/or variances will be heard at the Zoning Hearing Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. Lori A. Weber, owner of 334 Centennial Avenue, Block and Lot No. 508-N-139, proposes to build a new residential house and seeks relief from: - Section 406.B - Minimum Lot Area - Section 406. B - Minimum Lot Width of 50 Feet - Section 406. B - Maximum Building Coverage of 45% - Section 406. B, 407.C and 408.B.1 - Setback Minimum of 20 feet for Front Yard and 10 Feet for Side Yard. Persons who wish to comment may do so at the above scheduled public hearing.
