Stormwater Management (MS4)
Regulations & Requirements
There is no doubt about it - stormwater management in Pennsylvania is a multi-layered, multijurisdictional, ever-changing quagmire of rules, regulations and requirements. The Borough of Sewickley is operating under the PAG-13 General NPDES Permit. The stormwater management ordinance is #1335. Additions less than 5,000 square feet must comply with PA Dry Wells approved by DEP.Resources
It is hoped that the following resources will help residents understand why these requirements are in place. As you will see, these requirements are mandated by Federal and State laws.-Pollutant Reduction Plan
