Municipal Sponsored events have a sustainability awareness component when possible.  An example is the Harvest Festival.  The Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG) participates in the festival by setting up a booth where the public can obtain educational materials on stormwater and best practices for handling stormwater around their home.  They can also have their questions answered by borough officials manning the booth.

Another example is the annual May Mart where the Shade Tree Commission has a booth promoting sustainability.
